CSP Web Tools is a set of browser tools for the things Clip Studio Paint alone makes hard to settle in advance: how a 3D camera perspective value maps onto a real lens, whether a page will survive CMYK conversion before it goes to the printer, and how a screen tone will actually read at paper size. All of it can be tried without installing anything.
Every image is processed inside your own browser and is never uploaded to a server. Results can be exported in formats you can take straight back into Clip Studio Paint: brush tip images, gradient maps and color palettes.
- 3D Camera Perspective: Convert focal length and sensor size into the Clip Studio Paint 3D camera perspective value and angle of view. Free, and it runs entirely in your browser.
- Brush Tip Maker: Generate round, square, grain and bleed brush tips, check the feel with a test stroke, and export PNG files ready to register as Clip Studio Paint brushes.
- Print Preflight: Check CMYK color shift, resolution, bleed and total ink coverage before sending doujinshi or comics to print (beta). Images never leave your browser.
- Print Effect: Turn any image into offset, newspaper or risograph style print with halftone dots, misregistration and paper texture (beta). Runs in browser, exports PNG.
- Screen Tone Preview: Preview how 60 lpi or 85 lpi screen tones look in print at true paper size on your monitor, and check the moire that appears when two tone layers overlap.
- Gradient Map: Extract key colors from an illustration, drag the stops along the ramp, and export a gradient map as numbers and images you can carry into Clip Studio Paint.
- Color Palette Extractor: Extract a color palette from an illustration or reference image and check perceptual color difference and contrast ratio. Near colors can be merged as well.
- Screen Ruler: Generate a ruler image that displays at true physical size using monitor calibration. Overlay mm and inch scales on a Clip Studio Paint canvas to check size.
